The entire project planning consumed 14.509m2. The area for construction is 7.019m2, accounted for 48.38%, the lowest coefficient of land use - FAR in HCMC, only 3.57. The project consists of 268 units which have coverall range from 112 ~ 231m2, mostly 3 bedrooms and 13 shop houses 129 ~ 244m2 in size.
In Phu My Hung planning map, Riverpark Premier is one of the project owning the best position, near markets, rivers, major roads, parks and schools.

Riverpark Premier is located in Hillview District. This is the area with complete infrastructure and utilities, attracted a large amount of residents to live. Next, the project is located in front of Nguyen Duc Canh Avenue - One of two busiest roads in Phu My Hung with hundreds of multi-service businesses.

Most developers today are not clear about the information car parking lot allocation when they sell the apartments because the quantity of units is much higher than that of car park, leading to parking prices soaring rental impious, scrambling to find a parking space or overcharged for 1m2 of parking lot even higher than 1m2 of the apartment.
