The entire project planning consumed 14.509m2. The area for construction is 7.019m2, accounted for 48.38%, the lowest coefficient of land use - FAR in HCMC, only 3.57. The project consists of 268 units which have coverall range from 112 ~ 231m2, mostly 3 bedrooms and 13 shop houses 129 ~ 244m2 in size.

Riverpark Premier is located in Hillview District. This is the area with complete infrastructure and utilities, attracted a large amount of residents to live. Next, the project is located in front of Nguyen Duc Canh Avenue - One of two busiest roads in Phu My Hung with hundreds of multi-service businesses.
Riverpark Premier is the second project and the last one in Hillview District that is located right next to the river. And such stunning river view is one of Riverpark Premier’s most valuable assets that raises many people interest.

The low index facilitates the convenience in managing reasonable population density, diversified utilities, technical indicators, fire escape, fire extinguish system, corridor ... Also, public land divided for each apartment is fairly large with at least 40m2/ unit, and this is a beneficial for home buyers when it turns to 2nd cycle of the apartment.
Each floor will only consist 4 ~ 6 household units, ensuring that each apartment has 2 side interacting with outside space, thus the rooms will have airy ventilation and make the most of natural energy. According to investors, in addition to the provisions of each apartment, beside being arranged 2 motor parking lots, at Riverpark Premier, each apartment is also allocated 1 car parking lot, and 2 for Penthouse. Most developers today are not clear about the information car parking lot allocation when they sell the apartments because the quantity of units is much higher than that of car park, leading to parking prices soaring rental impious, scrambling to find a parking space or overcharged for 1m2 of parking lot even higher than 1m2 of the apartment. Only few projects where car parking ratio is 1:1, while Riverpark Premier can provide 1 unit 1 car parking, it is an advantage to convince buyers.
