Nestled in the natural environment surrounded by green parks, scenic river and landscapes, the architect – Thomas Chow from Shanghai’s Surv Company has brought the breath of life – light, water, air into every corner of each condo.

Location

Only 276 condos were built on an area of 2,4 hectares, The Panorama was built in a triangular shape, forming the boundary of 16,681 square metres “private garden” for community facilities such as internal promenade, park, flower garden, swimming pool, tennis court, clubhouses etc…. The rest of 7,373 square metres land area is used for construction which is accounted for 30%.
